It’s Monday! What are you Reading? is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys where you can recap what you’ve read this week while planning ahead on what to read next! Jen at Teach Mentor Texts and Kellee & Ricki at Unleashing Readers added their own twist by focusing on kidlit, from picture books up to YA.

My pick of the week goes to…

While I read some great book this week, Pivot Point really stood out. I loved the format the author chose to write in and the subject matter was fresh, exciting and fun. Great characters and the ending blew me away! Definitely try and fit this one in soon!

This week…

I am on the road and heading out west on a family vacation of sorts. I’ve stocked up on audiobooks and ebooks for the car ride and am excited to check out the sequel to Powerless by Matthew Cody, my girl, Lauren Myracle’s newest,  The Infinite Moment of Us, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, which I have want to read for ages, and a book that looked interesting to me on NetGalley – The Social Code.

Pivot Point is soooo good! I have The Lucy Variations from NCTE, but I haven’t read it yet.
